4. Booking and Confirmation

Selecting a consultation option and completing the booking form does not by itself confirm a consultation.

A consultation is confirmed only after the applicable payment has been successfully completed and verified by Astro Angadh or its authorised payment provider.

Until payment has been successfully verified, no consultation appointment should be considered confirmed.

5. Pricing

The price applicable to a consultation is the price displayed to you during the booking process at the time you proceed with payment.

Astro Angadh may change consultation prices, services, availability, or booking conditions from time to time. Such changes will not affect a consultation that has already been successfully confirmed and paid for, except where otherwise required by law.

6. Client Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.

Where birth information is required for a consultation, you should provide it as accurately as reasonably possible. If you do not know your exact birth time, you may indicate this during booking.

7. Consultation Nature

Astrology consultations are intended to provide personal, spiritual, and reflective guidance based on astrological interpretation.

The consultation should be understood as guidance for personal consideration rather than a substitute for professional advice in areas such as medicine, mental health, law, finance, or other specialised fields.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and the manner in which they choose to act upon information discussed during a consultation.

8. In-Person Consultation

Consultations booked through the website are conducted in person at the designated Astro Angadh consultation location unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed upon.

The applicable appointment date and time are those shown in the confirmed booking.

9. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and behave appropriately during consultations.

Astro Angadh reserves the right to decline or discontinue a consultation where there is abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Consultation fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed and the consultation has been confirmed.

We aim to keep the website available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
